Photoshop Spot Correction

 For this photograph I successfully took away the spots on the females face. To do this I opened the picture in photoshop and selected the heal brush tool. I then held down the alt key whilst left clicking the mouse on a piece of skin that was near the area where the spot needed to be removed. I then slowly kept clicking over the spot area ontop of the spot, slightly above and slightly below continuously changing the skin tone to keep it looking as natural as possible, I continued this all over the face until all of the spots were removed.
